Homes in Terrace Bay are very affordable with average prices from $80,000 - $100,000. Residents also have access to specialists and state-of-the-art technology at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre which is less than two hours’ drive from Terrace Bay or through tele-health videoconferencing in Terrace Bay.

Establishing relationships with other community members is made easy by the variety of special interest groups and service clubs that are constantly seeking new members.
