Canada is generally perceived as a polite and peace-keeping nation. To people from other countries, this is often what makes Canada an attractive place to live.

Canadians value and respect cultural differences, the right to free speech, and equality.  We have a highly democratic society, repsect democratic decision making, and ensure that our elected governments remain accountable to Canadians' best interest.

We generally enjoy the outdoors as well, and respect wildlife and the nature that surrounds us! Especially in scenic Northwestern Ontario.
